COVENTRY ANNOUNCES NEW SIX FIGURE SHIRT DEAL

English club, Coventry City have announced a new two-year shirt sponsorship deal with Coventry property estate agency Allsopp & Allsopp.

The Sky Blues have signed a six-figure agreement with the firm who have offices in Coventry, Leamington Spa and Duabi and is run by Coventry-born brothers Carl and Lewis Allsopp. The firm’s logo will continue to be sported on the home shirt but it will now also feature on the away shirt and Under-21s kits for the next two seasons.

The Executive vice chairman Chris Anderson said:

“We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Allsopp & Allsopp.

“Their continued sponsorship represents a great show of faith in the club from a local, Coventry-based business.

“Coventry City FC is committed to working alongside local companies and businesses to help the Sky Blues’ vision grow.

“Allsopp & Allsopp have been a highly valued partner of the football club. They are proving to be hugely successful in the city and we will strive to match that success on the pitch over the course of next season!”

Allsopp Allsopp managing director Carl Allsopp added:

“We’re delighted we’ve secured another two seasons with our logo on the Coventry City shirt. There are two reasons.

“One, we love Coventry City. It’s our club and it’s a huge honour to support it in this way, seeing the family name and company logo on the front of the shirt makes us incredibly proud.

“Two, it has helped us raise our profile in the city dramatically. It reinforces the fact that we’re one of the leading property businesses in the area.”

On the Players’ awards night at Coombe Abbey, Warwickshire, John Fleck picked up the player of the year award from Carl Allsopp from Allsopp and Allsopp. The club is expected to release their new home and away shirts in June and July ahead of the season kicking off on August 6.
